成人依恋研究

依恋是人类适应生存的重要方式,是人类长期生物进化的结果,它会影响到成年后亲密关系的建立、人际社会功能的表达以及人格功能和人格特质的形成。目前成人依恋的研究大概可以分为两个方面:成人依恋的个体差异和成人依恋的检测维度。     

冻结保存对黏附细胞超微结构的影响

黏附细胞的超微结构包括细胞骨架（cytoskeleton）、细胞黏附点（focal adhesion，FA）及细胞间连接（gap junction，GJ）．保持细胞超微结构的完整，对复温后细胞的存活率及细胞功能是至关重要的．实验发现，冻结到一196℃后，部分F肌动蛋白被切断、卷曲，且扩展面积与细胞成活率随温度降低呈现相似的下降趋势；冻结后蛋白质vinculin（FA）和Cx-43（GJ）的数量分别下降到对照组的22％及10％左右．综述了冻结过程对细胞超微结构影响的研究现状，分析了目前的研究所存在的问题与不足，提出了实时观察活细胞超微结构的方法，并给出了初步的结果．     

我国当前诚信失常的原因及治理对策

我国近年来出现的诚信失常现象,主要是在体制转轨过程中诸多因素的不断积累与沉淀造成的.对诚信失常的处理对策包括:发挥政府在诚信失常治理中的主导作用,建立全国性的信用管理体系,制订专门的信用管理法律和法规,积极发展各种行业组织,加强行业自律,引导企业加强内部信用管理,建立诚信企业,在全国进行诚信道德教育等.     

典型儿童强迫症个案的整合主义心理治疗分析

分析一例典型儿童强迫官能症的整合主义心理疗法理念和治疗过程，及其治疗的有效性，探讨整合主义心理治疗的发展趋向和综合成因。结论：整合主义心理治疗是一种有效治疗手段，符合一般发展规律，在减轻患者强迫症状，增强社会功能方面均有较好的效果。     

Clinical Writing of a Therapy in Progress: Ethical Questions and Therapeutic Challenges

Clinical implications and ethical dilemmas of the use of confidential case material in clinical writing are examined, including a review of the discourse among professionals who publish clinical work. This literature is applied to a clinical illustration of psychotherapy with a client who gave consent for publication and read the clinical write-up of her case material. It is suggested that clinical writing may increase client “self-reflection” if there is a “secure base” of attachment between therapist/author and the client. The impact on the client’s treatment process is examined, in addition to a discussion of ethical questions and professional recommendations. ²Dr. Susanne Bennett is an Assistant Professor, National School of Social Service of the Catholic University of America. 教育发展、人的自由而全面的发展与教育秩序的矛盾．是人们在现代社会生活中所必然遇到的一个基本问题。这在教育的现代转型中表现得尤为明显。虽然解答这一问题的根本思路是加强教育制度建设，但由于文化有其特殊的公共性，因而也是解答现代社会教育发展、人的自由而全面发展与教育秩序问题的一条重要理路。在现代教育制度的架构下，通过帮助人们获得公共价值观、起码共识和基本共同感，文化构成现代社会教育发展、人的自由而全面发展不可或缺的重要机制。     

Severely Traumatized Siblings: A Treatment Strategy

Siblings who have suffered severe trauma and disrupted attachment relate to one another in ways that interfere with individual development, the chance to benefit from connections with adults, the establishment of healthy sibling relationships, and the working through of traumatic experiences. The authors use case examples to illustrate four distinct sibling patterns: absent, adult lockout, half and half, and trauma shield. The authors highlight the importance of recognizing these types and then varying the therapist's treatment stance to pursue five goals. These include suspending problematic sibling relationships to create room for bonding with caring adults, transferring attachment behaviors and impulses to a receptive adult, resuming healthy individual development, forming more adaptive sibling connections, and expressing shared traumatic content.     

RESEARCHING RELATIONSHIPS FROM AN ATTACHMENT PERSPECTIVE: THE USE OF BEHAVIOURAL,INTERVIEW, SELF‐REPORT AND PROJECTIVE MEASURES

Having demonstrated its credentials as one of the more elegant and robust conceptualisations of human relationships, attachment theory has considerable relevance to social work. Attachment‐based research has flourished over the past few years and it now includes an impressive array of studies across the lifespan. This article considers four different measures used in attachment‐based research, although more discussion is devoted to interview and projective measures because they specifically embrace a psychodynamic approach in their design and analytic focus. The aim of the article is to provide a brief overview of each measure and to offer some illustrative examples using practice‐related material.     

Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder Information Dissemination by Health Care Professions

Fetal alcohol spectrum disorder (FASD) is the leading preventable intellectual and developmental disability. There is no safe level of alcohol consumption at any point during pregnancy. Findings of this study indicate that the information disseminated by health care professionals is not always in keeping with this understanding. Physicians and midwives appeared to be the least consistent in advocating to women that they abstain from alcohol consumption while pregnant. We explore ways in which social workers can support the medical profession to provide more consistent messaging of alcohol abstinence during pregnancy to lower the incidence of FASD.     

Symptoms of Eating Disorders Among Females in Drug Addiction Treatment

The aim of this study is to measure and describe symptoms of eating disorders among females in treatment for drug addiction in Norway. Previous clinical and epidemiological studies have revealed coprevalence between eating disorders and substance use or abuse. However, few studies have measured eating disorders in drug-using samples and even fewer within the context of drug treatment. In this study, 29 females with drug use disorder in residential treatment were tested with the Eating Disorder Inventory–2. A subgroup of 9 females (31%) with significant symptoms of eating disorders was identified. The characteristics of this group and possible clinical consequences are discussed.
