零售商店绿色实践对顾客公民行为的影响研究

随着绿色发展成为国家战略,零售商店开展绿色实践是大势所趋,不仅对整个社会的绿色发展至关重要,也会对零售商店竞争力提升产生重要影响.然而,现今有关零售商店绿色实践方面的研究仍处于起步阶段,关于零售商店绿色实践对顾客公民行为影响的研究更为鲜见.文章根据亲社会行为理论、社会认同理论和精细加工理论构建零售商店绿色实践对顾客公民行为影响的概念模型,采用情境实验法进行实证检验.研究结果表明:零售商店的三类绿色实践均显著影响顾客公民行为,这种影响一方面是直接的,另一方面是通过顾客—商店认同间接作用于顾客公民行为,即顾客—商店认同在零售商店的三类绿色实践对顾客公民行为的影响路径中均起部分中介作用;顾客自我提升动机在零售商店的三类绿色实践对顾客—商店认同、顾客公民行为的影响路径中均具有正向调节作用.     

Perceptions of Intimate Partner Violence,Age, and Self-Enhancement Bias

Educational programs in human service professions such as social work, criminal justice, psychology, and public administration stress the importance of recognizing domestic/intimate partner violence as well as elder abuse. Students' abilities to recognize domestic violence in older couples have not been well-investigated. In this study, three vignettes were developed (Pat and Lee at age 75, Pat and Lee at age 30, Imagine yourself with Lee at age 75) in which intimate partner violence was perpetrated by the character Lee. Twenty-five items followed each vignette. When the variables of educational standing (graduate/undergraduate), ethnicity, and academic major were controlled, there were significant differences between the vignettes in 14 of 25 items (General Linear Model, F = 1.552, df = 50, p = .012). More than three out of four respondents for each vignette identified this as domestic violence and believed there was potential for serious harm. However, respondents were less likely to believe that a 75-year-old partner would know when to terminate a relationship in which there was intimate partner violence. Respondents who were asked to imagine themselves with Lee at 75 were likely to perceive Lee as more dangerous than respondents for the other vignettes. Implications are considered for educators.     

Social Protest and Self-Enhancement: A Conditional Relationship

Data from a panel study are used to test the theoretically informed hypothesis that participation in social protest activities in the seventh grade has self-enhancing outcomes in the ninth grade and in young adulthood where the subjects in the seventh grade express alienation from the conventional social order. However, participation in social protest activities in the seventh grade is expected to have self-devaluing consequences in the ninth grade and young adulthood where the subjects in the seventh grade do not express alienation from the conventional social order. The results of OLS multiple regression analyses with interaction terms were consistent with the hypothesis. As predicted, among subjects who rejected the idea that one can get ahead by working hard, seventh grade social protest was inversely related to self-derogation; and, among subjects who affirm the idea that one can get ahead by working hard, social protest activities were related to higher subsequent levels of self-derogation.     

“脸”还是“面”:私人关系视角下朋友圈评论的影响因素

基于印象管理理论、脸面观与私人关系视角,通过情景实验探讨了私人关系(强关系vs.弱关系)视角下朋友圈内容(情感性内容vs.工具性内容)对微信朋友圈评论的影响因素。研究发现：(1)私人关系在朋友圈内容与微信朋友圈评论的关系中具有调节作用,即弱关系下工具性内容会引发更多的朋友圈评论行为,强关系下情感性内容会引发更少的朋友圈评论行为;(2)私人关系在朋友圈内容与社会动机的关系中具有调节作用,即强关系下情感性内容比工具性内容更能激发人们的损失规避动机,弱关系下工具性内容比情感性内容更能激发人们的损失规避动机与自我提升动机;(3)损失规避动机负向影响微信朋友圈评论行为,自我提升动机促进微信朋友圈评论行为。此外,不同关系下,朋友圈内容引发微信朋友圈评论行为的作用路径不同。强关系下,情感性内容通过激发损失规避动机抑制微信朋友圈评论;弱关系下,工具性内容通过激发自我提升动机促进微信朋友圈评论。研究丰富了关于朋友圈评论的研究,并对营销人员合理利用朋友圈这一平台提供了理论建议。     

The relationship between social support and acculturative stress from cultural adaptation of people displaced from North Korea to South Korea

This study analysed the relationship between social support, financial independence, self-enhancement bias, and stress from cultural adaptation. For an empirical analysis, the data from 225 people displaced from North Korea were analysed. Our results suggest that social support has a positively significant effect on financial independence and self-enhancement bias; furthermore, financial independence has been shown to reduce stress from cultural adaptation. Therefore, social support reduces stress from cultural adaptation through financial independence. These results demonstrate that the social support of South Korea is very important for people displaced from North Korea in terms of their safely establishing settled living. In addition, considering the fact that the status of China is rising in international society, the results of the present study provide important insights into the provision of psychological stability to people displaced from North Korea.     

虚拟品牌社群成员个人特质对品牌社群承诺的影响:社群发起形态的干扰角色

研究了虚拟品牌社群成员的个人特质与品牌社群承诺的关系,并同时检验社群发起形态的干扰角色。通过网络问卷收集数据,总共调查苹果计算机用户社群、Window Xbox玩家论坛、SONY PSP玩家社群、BMW motor club、裕隆篮球队球迷社群、纽约洋基棒球队球迷俱乐部、LOMO Taiwan Group、Nissan Taiwan club和L A Lakers Fans’club9个虚拟品牌社群的成员,共计回收了212份有效问卷。研究结果显示,虚拟品牌社群成员的自我彰显、自我超越与自我呈现等个人特质正向影响品牌社群承诺,社群发起形态对虚拟品牌社群成员个人特质与品牌社群承诺的关系存在干扰效果。     

自我提升的含义与研究

自我提升是人们追求积极自我意象的驱力,它以优于平均效应、控制错觉、不切实际的乐观、自我服务偏向归因、选择性信息加工、策略性社会比较和交往、自我妨碍等形式实现,可通过一致性比较、自恋和社会赞许倾向评定、作用机制测查、内隐自我提升测量等方法考察,受信息特征、情绪体验、自尊和自我概念、社会情境和文化等因素影响。研究的热点和走向体现在自我动机的整合、测量方法的改进、跨文化研究的引入及发展性研究的兴起等方面。

This paper describes an experimental, strengths-based pro gram for the treat ment of sub stance abus ing offend ers un der crim i nal jus tice su per vi sion in the United States Pro ba tion De part ment. The program is based upon new phys i o log i cal ev i dence that links ad die tions to the ex perience of hope, and consistent research that identifiesself-efficacy, futu rity and self-es teem as cru cial el e ments in re cov ery. Rooted in con cepts taken from Jung ian and Maslowian ideas of the Self, the program uses techniques gleaned from Neuro-linguistic Programming (NLP) and Ericksonian hyp no sis to pro vide a con tin u ing sense of Self and the pos si bil ity of pos i tive, self-ac tu al iz ing fu tures.
