双核铜(Ⅱ)与N,N,N′,N′-四〔2-(2-吡啶基)乙基〕(o,m,p)苯二甲酰胺配合物的合成与表征

通过酰氯与胺的作用合成了配体Ｎ,Ｎ,Ｎ′,Ｎ′－四〔２－（２－吡啶基）乙基〕（ｏ,ｍ,ｐ）苯二甲酰胺．该配体和铜（Ⅱ）配合,合成了三种新配合物,并以红外光谱、电子光谱、摩尔电导率、元素分析及核磁共振谱进行了表征．

^16O核低激发态结构的对称性效应

研究了一个四全同玻色子系统的模型理论 ,用此模型和少体方法 ,在两种不同的α粒子相互作用势下 ,计算了四α粒子系统的低激发态 Lπi(L =0 ,1 ,2 ,π=± 1 ,i =1 ,2 ) 的能谱。发现低激发态能谱和结构的主要特征决定于量子力学的内秉对称性 ,从而揭示了1 6O核低激发态结构特征的本质和起源 ,并由此得出了1 6O核低激发态分类的客观规律性

Living up to Policy Coherence for Development? The OECD's disciplines on tied aid financing

Tied aid credits are a way for donors to look to boost the international competitiveness of domestic enterprises while simultaneously contributing to development in recipient countries. Though regulated through the Arrangement on Officially Supported Export Credits, tied aid credits claim a place among the instruments of development policy and are eligible as Official Development Assistance (ODA). This raises the question of whether the international regulatory framework is equipped to safeguard the presumed development goals. This article examines the internal coherence of the tied aid disciplines of the Organisation for Economic Co‐operation and Development (OECD) with the development principles coined by the Development Assistance Committee (DAC). Thereby, the extent to which the OECD lives up to its own promise of Policy Coherence for Development (PCD) is scrutinized.     

不同体系下亚甲蓝聚合状态的光谱研究

应用吸收光谱法研究了亚甲蓝在不同浓度时以及添加不同浓度十二烷基硫酸钠时的聚合状态的变化,探讨了亚甲蓝与十二烷基硫酸钠之间相互作用机理,同时考察了乙醇、NaCl、羟丙基-β-环糊精以及Triton X-100对亚甲蓝聚合状态的影响。结果表明亚甲蓝溶液浓度和溶剂对亚甲蓝的聚合状态都有影响。     

ZnSe:Ti2+光谱与EPR参量的共价模型

给出了在强共价性晶体中计算3d2离子光谱与g因数的共价模型.在本工作中,采用了修正后的Sugana-Tanabe近似图像推导了考虑共价性贡献在内的3d2离子能级矩阵和3A2基态的g因数计算公式,应用该模型,计算了在Td对称下的掺Ti2+金属离子的ZnSe晶体的光谱与g因数.

Co掺杂SnO_2纳米粉的微结构和磁学性质

采用湿化学方法制备了Co掺杂的二氧化锡纳米粉(Sn1-xCoxO2),经研究发现,Co以离子形式存在,而不是以单质形式存在,样品中除了金红石型的SnO2相之外,没有发现其他杂质的相,随着Co掺杂含量的增加,晶粒尺寸减小,光吸收谱红移,禁带宽度线性下降。钴离子磁矩随掺杂含量的增加而减小,这可能是由于占据晶格上近邻阳离子位置的磁性离子数目增加使磁性离子成反铁磁性排列的结果。     

Integrated marked Poisson processes with application to image correlation spectroscopy

Image correlation spectroscopy (ICS) is an experimental technique used in the study of cell tissue, specifically to obtain information about protein aggregates. This paper discusses a filtered Poisson process model of ICS, and uses this to obtain the sampling distribution of an estimator of interest, using spectral methods. Integrals of third- and fourth-order spectra are involved, and methods proposed in the literature are studied numerically. They are found to be infeasible methods, requiring months of computing time. An alternative method is proposed and is illustrated on some actual ICS experiments. A novel feature in this study is the use of a SIMD-class parallel computer, a MasPar MP-2 machine, to obtain some statistical properties of the estimation method.
