普通高校“自考二学历”教育管理模式——以新疆昌吉学院为例

为了正确认识和应对新疆普通高校开展＂自考二学历＂试点工作中面临的问题,实现＂自考二学历＂教育和普通高校全日制教育之间优势互补,全面调动新疆普通高校参与的积极性,探索＂自考二学历＂教育管理新模式,为新疆普通高校培养复合型、应用型人才提供参考。     

作为方法论原则的零度和偏离

零度偏离不是修辞学中特有的方法论原则。作为一种思维方式其实是古已有之的,中外共同的。重要的是把它变成自觉的方法论原则。

在竞争的市场中，企业对应以何种价格将自己的产品推出，同时又不会加大其经营风险这一问题越发关注，本文通过将经营杠杆与需求价格弹性相结合，论述了比营杠杆及需求价格弹性对企业产品定价策略的指导作用。     

亲情感对老年人生活满意度的影响

在现实生活中 ,亲情感对老年人的生活满意度有重要影响。家庭居住形式、老年人与亲人互动的精神生活中所体现的亲情感影响着老年人晚年生活的满意度。社会经济文化变迁对老年人亲情满足感会产生一些不利影响 ,社区服务、劳务储蓄等都可以使老年人感到心理充实、增加生活满意度     

2000-2005年高龄老人生活满意度的变化分析

本文利用2000年和2005年高龄老人长寿健康调查的追踪数据,对高龄老人的生活满意度进行了两次调查的对比分析和同批人比较。对比分析发现,2005年高龄老人的生活满意度较2000年有所下降;而同批人分析表明,尽管整体上看高龄老人的生活满意度在五年间有所下降,但其内在的各种不同纬度变化却体现出生活满意度的积极变化趋势。     

The structure and vulnerability of a drug trafficking collaboration network

Prior research has established that collaboration networks exhibit heavy-tailed degree distributions, assortative degree mixing, and large clustering coefficients. Using court record data, we assess these properties in a collaboration network among heroin traffickers. Consistent with prior research, we find an exponential degree distribution and strong local clustering. However, the traffickers mix dissortatively by degree rather than assortatively. Using a graph sampling method, we show that a consequence of dissortative mixing is that targeted vertex removals have a greater impact on the connectivity and cohesion of the trafficking network. We also note the importance of degree mixing for characterizing and identifying topological weaknesses.     

Semiparametric Analysis of Network Formation

ABSTRACT

We consider a statistical model for directed network formation that features both node-specific parameters that capture degree heterogeneity and common parameters that reflect homophily among nodes. The goal is to perform statistical inference on the homophily parameters while treating the node-specific parameters as fixed effects. Jointly estimating all parameters leads to incidental-parameter bias and incorrect inference. As an alternative, we develop an approach based on a sufficient statistic that separates inference on the homophily parameters from estimation of the fixed effects. The estimator is easy to compute and can be applied to both dense and sparse networks, and is shown to have desirable asymptotic properties under sequences of growing networks. We illustrate the improvements of this estimator over maximum likelihood and bias-corrected estimation in a series of numerical experiments. The technique is applied to explain the import and export patterns in a dense network of countries and to estimate a more sparse advice network among attorneys in a corporate law firm.     

Distance graphs on R n with 1-norm

Suppose S is a subset of a metric space X with metric d. For each subset D⊆{d(x,y):x,y∈S,x≠y}, the distance graph G(S,D) is the graph with vertex set S and edge set E(S,D)={xy:x,y∈S,d(x,y)∈D}. The current paper studies distance graphs on the n-space R ₁ ⁿ with 1-norm. In particular, most attention is paid to the subset Z ₁ ⁿ of all lattice points of R ₁ ⁿ . The results obtained include the degrees of vertices, components, and chromatic numbers of these graphs. Dedicated to Professor Frank K. Hwang on the occasion of his 65th birthday. The approach at the Ethel Percy Andrus Gerontology Center, at the University of Southern California, seeks to address a targeted audience and to build on the special strengths and more unique degree programmes of the University.     

我国学士学位制度发展三十年述评

经过三十年的发展,我国已经形成了比较完整的学士学位授予体系与国家、省级和学位授予单位三级学位管理体制;学士学位制度基本满足了高等教育办学类型多样化的需求,社会对毕业生学位的重视程度也不断提升,学士学位授予工作的国际合作也日益加强。今后学士学位授予工作还应当适当调整学士学位授予标准;进一步明确学士学位授予程序;优化学士学位授予体制;完善学士学位制度的监管体系。
