废除“嫖宿幼女罪”的研究综述

2008年至2012年在十一届全国人大和全国政协两会期间,多名代表先后提出废除嫖宿幼女罪的议案及提案,引起了社会的强烈反响,之后,该问题遂成为公众议论与关注的焦点,学术界也对之展开了热烈的探讨。为了推进对这一问题的深入研究,很有必要回顾嫖宿幼女罪出台的法律依据和历史背景,考察和分析嫖宿幼女罪的文献和课题研究及网上争论,以及嫖宿幼女罪在法律上存在的弊端,以促进法律体系的不断完善,保证女性在法律上的权利,更好地保护幼女的身心健康,全面促进社会和谐发展。     

CP不足情况下OFDM系统信道估计与均衡

正交频分复用(OFDM)系统中的循环前缀具有一定的抗码间干扰(ISI)和子载波间干扰(ICI)的能力,但是当多径衰落信道的最大信道脉冲响应(CIR)长度超过了循环前缀(CP)长度时,OFDM系统的性能将会严重下降。传统的信道估计和均衡方案面对循环前缀长度不够的情况无法避免性能的严重衰落。由此提出了一种可以估计出大于CP长度CIR的信道估计方法,并且给出了一种基于逼零(ZF)准则的低复杂度均衡器,以抵消ISI和ICI的影响。仿真结果表明所提方案与传统方案相比在复杂度上和性能上有明显的优势。     

都市报同城异质的竞争策略——以《华西都市报》和《成都商报》为例

《华西都市报》和《成都商报》为实现市场分割,在同一城市开展了异质化竞争。从两报有关今年“两会”的报道可见:《华西都市报》比《成都商报》更关注主流资讯;对于同质同源的稿件,两报都能灵活处理标题、版面、图片等以区别于对方报纸;在自主报道中,两报能将报道和各自的受众情况结合起来以避免新闻的同质。但是两报的异质化竞争尚停留在技术性阶段,未形成各自不可取代的优势,属于相对异质化竞争。     

墨西哥的农业发展政策和农民动员：1940-1982年

20世纪40年代后,与进口替代工业化发展战略相适应,墨西哥政府重点支持商品性的农业,减缓了土地改革步伐 同时通过“全国农民联盟”对农民实行控制。70年代中期前,这种政策取得了一定成功,创造了政治稳定和经济增长的“奇迹”,此期出现的独立农民组织大多被政府同化。70年代后,工农业发展陷入停滞,社会政治矛盾加剧,“全国农民联盟”的控制力减弱,农民动员和独立农民组织有了新的发展,并呈现出新的特点。     

My life as a statistician * **

This article was written for a keynote speech to present a few highlights of my life as a statistician. It has seven sections beginning with an introduction in Section 17 some prospects of biostatistics in Section 2, and a tribute to J. Neyman in Section 3. In Section 4 is a sample of my work including motivation for my studies on the life table and competing risks, contributions and comments in survival analyses, a solution for Kolmogorov differential equations, and an explicit formula for the n-step transition probability in discrete time Markov chains.     

Intergrating Family,Group and Residential Treatment

This paper describes a multisystems approach to the treatment of institutionalized juvenile offenders from a cognitive behavioral perspective. Emphasis is placed on procedures used in the group, family and residential treatment and strategies for integrating the effects of the three treatment settings. Such treatment procedures as situational analysis, problem solving, self instructional training, modeling and other role play procedures are exemplified as they are employed in the family as well as in the group. Techniques of involving the participants and ways of transferring learning from the residential setting and the group to the family are discussed. How the treatment team coordinates these efforts and methods of training staff in this approach are also presented.     

浅说SCI及其用于科研绩效的评价

介绍了美国科学信息研究所(InstituteforScientificInformation,ISI)的主要信息产品及选刊标准,讨论了《科学引文索引》(ScienceCitationIndex,SCI)在科研绩效评价中的作用及应注意的问题。认为SCI评价指标适合于评价自然科学基础理论成果,可用于分析评价国家、地区和机构的研究水平和预测学科发展态势,用于个人成果评价时则应谨慎;具体应用时,应根据学科特点,坚持同类相比;不同层次的研究机构不能都将SCI作为唯一的评价标准。

Stepfamily Education Booster Sessions

This study evaluates optional booster sessions offered 4 to 6 weeks after the completion of a stepfamily education course. Participants reported satisfaction with the booster session, and their scores related to stepfamily dynamics improved following attendance of a booster session. Findings did not differ for male and female respondents. However, Latino participants appeared to particularly benefit. Implications for family life education include using culturally sensitive booster sessions to reinforce program content and enhance participants' knowledge.
