假日游览文化与高校图书馆的对外开放

随着假日游览文化的蓬勃发展,假日期间校外人员观摩和利用高校图书馆的要求日益增强,迫使高校图书馆的工作面临着巨大的挑战。然而,只要应对得当,高校图书馆可以也应该发挥自身的独特优势,开拓新的服务领域,在假日期间恰当、有序、合理、适时地向社会开放,则不但能在贯彻"科教兴国"的方针过程中发挥出更大的作用,而且必将为高校图书馆自身的发展提供崭新的机遇。     

A two phases queueing system with Bernoulli vacation schedule under multiple vacation policy

This paper deals with a single server Poisson arrival queue with two phases of heterogeneous service along with a Bernoulli schedule vacation model, where after two successive phases service the server either goes for a vacation with probability p (0≤p≤1) or may continue to serve the next unit, if any, with probability q(=1−p). Further the concept of multiple vacation policy is also introduced here. We obtained the queue size distributions at a departure epoch and at a random epoch, Laplace Stieltjes Transform of the waiting time distribution and busy period distribution along with some mean performance measures. Finally we discuss some statistical inference related issues.     

具有延误休假的一个基本可修系统的可靠性分析

本文讨论了由两个同型部件和一个修理工组成的可修系统。假定修理工空闲时进行延误休假。部件的修理时间和修理工的假期均服从一般分布，休假前的延误期为指数分布。我们求得了这个系统的可用度、可靠度和故障频度。作为特例，我们还讨论了修理工进行不延误休假的情况。     

度假旅游与旅游者生活质量关系研究

以社会需要理论、比较理论、基点理论等为基础,通过前—后测实验设计,运用纵向研究方法,探讨了度假旅游对旅游者生活质量的影响,明确了度假旅游与旅游者生活质量的因果关系。结果表明,度假旅游是度假旅游参与者生活质量提高的原因,参与度假旅游能提升人们的生活质量,度假旅游者较非度假旅游者有更高的生活满意度与幸福感。最后,提出了相关建议。     

A note on the queue with a random set-up time under a restricted admissibility policy with a Bernoulli vacation schedule

This paper deals with the queue size distribution of an M^x/G/1 queue with a random set-up time and with a Bernoulli vacation schedule under a restricted admissibility policy. This generalizes the model studied by Madan and Choudhury [Sankhyá 66 (2004) 175–193].     

Analysis of a batch arrival queue with vacation policy and exceptional service

ABSTRACT

We consider the distributions of operating characteristics of an M^[x]/G/1 queue under vacation policies, where the first customer of each busy period receives an exceptional service. When all the customers are served in the system exhaustively, the server deactivates and operates one of two vacation policies: (1) multiple vacation policy and (2) single vacation policy. We develop the performance measures for both systems. Finally, some numerical illustrations are also given. These two vacation models have potential applications in day-to-day life, such as post offices, banks, hospitals, etc.     

城市居民休闲度假旅游的消费动机与行为规律:重庆例证

随着国民收入的不断提高,休闲度假旅游的时代已经来临。利用SPSS工具对城市居民休闲度假出游的消费特征指标、决策影响因素、旅游动机、空间行为规律和产品消费偏好等的分析发现,重庆市休闲旅游度假者对交通、环境气候和娱乐设施等比较看重,放松身心、聚会和避暑纳凉占了较大比例,呈现出旅游频率随距离增加而衰减的规律。重庆市发展休闲度假旅游,应营造旅游发展氛围,优化空间布局,加强集群发展,完善产品体系。     

Equilibrium Joining Strategies and Optimal Control of a Make‐to‐Stock Queue

We consider a make‐to‐stock, finite‐capacity production system with setup cost and delay‐sensitive customers. To balance the setup and inventory related costs, the production manager adopts a two‐critical‐number control policy, where the production starts when the number of waiting customers reaches a certain level and shuts down when a certain quantity of inventory has accumulated. Once the production is set up, the unit production time follows an exponential distribution. Potential customers arrive according to a Poisson process. Customers are strategic, i.e., they make decisions on whether to stay for the product or to leave without purchase based on their utility values, which depend on the production manager's control decisions. We formulate the problem as a Stackelberg game between the production manager and the customers, where the former is the game leader. We first derive the equilibrium customer purchasing strategy and system performance. We then formulate the expected cost rate function for the production system and present a search algorithm for obtaining the optimal values of the two control variables. We further analyze the characteristics of the optimal solution numerically and compare them with the situation where the customers are non‐strategic.     

休假制度变革对我国旅游业的影响

双休日制度的实施带动了旅游业发展 ,而现行的集中休假制度也使旅游业遇到了交通失衡、景点拥挤和服务质量下降等困扰。实行带薪休假制度将会很大程度上解决旅游业所面临的上述难题 ,推进旅游经济与社会的稳定发展。但在实施过程中 ,仍面临着观念、利益和制度等方面的制约因素。     

修理工可以休假的一个一般系统的可靠性分析

本讨论了由N个同型部件的一个修理工组成的可修系统。部件寿命服从指数分布，修理工对故障部件的修理时间服从PH分，修理工空闲时将外出休假，假期长期服从PH分布。求得了这个系统的平衡概率分布，并得到了此系统的一些稳态可靠性指标。
