主观幸福感的结构方程模型

摘　　要:此文对主观幸福感进行了较系统的讨论。数据来源基于北京市统计局的一项调查。其思路是将诸多变量通过因子分析法归纳为四个主因素，即工作、生活、收入分配和社会保障。通过这四个主因素的关系对影响幸福感的各种关系进行了分析。特别是其后的结论具有重要的参考价值，即现阶段GDP还是影响幸福感的最为重要的指标 。

Structural Equation Model for Subjective Well-Being

The paper discusses the relationship between job, life, income distribution, social security and subjective well-being based on the structural equation model. The conclusions are reached as follows: first, social security and income distribution play important roles on subjective well-being; second, the higher income is, the higher subjective well being is; third, young and old people have more life happiness than middle aged people; forth, people with higher educational level have more work happiness than those with lower level.
