科技中介与中小企业共生发展的对策研究

中小企业的成长需要科技中介提供支持服务,科技中介的发展动力也主要来自于中小企业的技术创新,两者在商业生态系统中形成互利互惠的共生关系。科技中介存在着专业化程度低、人才素质不高、缺乏市场细分等问题,影响了与中小企业的共生发展。今后,应着重从市场化运作、提供专业化服务、提高从业人员素质、建立信息服务平台、完善法律法规体系等几方面采取对策,以更好地促进两者共生发展。

A Study on Symbiotic Development Strategies of SMEs and Science and Technology Intermediaries

SMEs need help and services supported by science and technology intermediaries during its growth.The driving force of science and technology intermediaries comes from SMEs’ innovation.They form mutually beneficial relationship in business ecosystem.Technology intermediaries are facing with such problems as low degree of specialization,low-quality talents,lack of market division and so on.These problems influence the symbiotic development of SMEs and technology intermediaries.Therefore,it needs to take measures such as providing specialized services,constructing information service platform,having marketing operation,completing legal system and so on,so as to promote the symbiotic development in the future.
