| 摘 要： | 精神损害赔偿是对民事权利受到侵害的人进行精神抚慰的手段。在精神损害赔偿诸问题中,精神损害赔偿的范围是核心内容之一,也是法律界最关注的问题之一。本文通过对精神损害赔偿范围的分析研究,希冀对司法实践有所裨益,以更好地保护公民的精神权益。

| Abstract: | Spiritual damages compensation is the means to provide spiritual consolation for the people injured in civil right. Among the problems of spiritual damages compensation, the range of the spiritual damages compensation is one of the core contents,is also a problem paid attention to by the law field. This paper, through study to the analysis of the range of the spiritual damages compensation,expects it' ll be helpful for jurisdiction, so that we can protect the spiritual rights of the citizen better. |
