| Abstract: | The paper analyses the problems facing the personnel resource management in financial business after China's entry to the WTO. Concerning such aspects as changing ideas and notions, reforming the backward personnel management system, perfecting personnel resource management system and stabling remarkable enterprise culture, it provides corresponding strategies. |
