| 摘 要： | 有效的市场调查是开发商进行项目投资决策的基础。在对长春市房地产市场宏观环境和市场需求特征进行科学调查与分析的基础上，指出长春市房地产市场发展的优势与不足，预测房地产市场发展趋势，为开发商决策和政府制定、调整房地产市场发展的相关政策提供依据。

| Abstract: | An effective market investigation is the founda- tion of the item investment decision. On the basis of the in- vestigation and analysis of the real estate market environ- ment and demands of Changchun, the authors point out the superiority and insufficiency of the real estate market of Changchun. Also they also predict the tendency and provide a scientific basis for developer's decisions and the interrelat- ed policies which the government will formulates and regu- lates. |
