| 摘 要： | 随着高校内部管理体制和教学改革的深化 ,高校共青团工作面临着组织建设、思想建设、工作方法、活动形式等全方位的挑战 ,如何顺应高校改革深化的形势 ,开创高校共青团工作的新局面 ,本文提出了高校共青团创新工作的原则、内容和方法。

| Abstract: | Along with deepening the reform of internal management system and teaching at colleges and universities, the work of the Communist Youth League at colleges and universities faces the challenges in all aspects including organization construction, ideological construction, work methods and activity forms. In order to solve the question about how to conform to the trend of deepening the reform of colleges and universities and create a new situation of the work of the Communist Youth League, the principles, contents and methods of innovation are proposed based on the author's work experiences. |
