| Abstract: | The paper investigates the inevitability that local university libraries participate in the construction of territorial government informationalization. Based on this investigation, this paper explores the strategies and specific collaboration model for participating in the construction of territorial government informationalization. It further proposes that some issues need to be paid attention to in regard to the participation of local university libraries in the construction of territorial government informationalization, such as economic benefits, social benefits, resources sharing, intellectual property and so forth. |
