| 摘 要： | 具备良好的心理素质、临场自我控制能力以及很强的身体协调性,是大学生军事射击教学中的难点问题.要想在短时间内取得较好的射击成绩,学生除了应掌握据枪、瞄准和击发技术外,具备良好的意志品质和心理状态也是极其重要的.本文根据作者十几年的军事教学经验,探索了从培养学生注意力品质、调节学生心理状态两个方面训练培养优秀射手,并提出了具体训练方法,对军事射击教学具有现实的指导意义.

| Abstract: | Good psychological nature, self-control ability and body harmony are problems of students in military shooting education. To receive good shooting results in short time, students should not only grasp the techniques of holding gun,collimating,and shooting, but also have good will quality and psychological state. According to the general problems in military training shoots education to undergraduates, the education method to excellent shooter is probed from both attention quality and psychological state adjustment by military education experience.The concret training method is put forward,which has practical significance. |
