福建省农村公共服务体系建设：问题、原因与对策

改革开放30年来,福建省经济社会建设取得了长足的发展,农村公共服务体系的建设也日趋完善,但是由于经济发展水平的制约,全省东南沿海与闽西北地区的发展不均衡,这间接导致了农村公共服务体系建设水平的不均衡。以福建省区域发展不均衡为出发点,选择福建省农村公共服务体系建设作为研究对象,在分析福建省农村公共服务体系建设存在的问题与原因的基础上,力求得出一些对福建省建设农村公共服务体系有益的政策建议。

The Constructing of Rural Public Service System in Fujian Province: Present Situation,Problems,Policies and Measures

With the remarkable social and economic development in Fujian Province,the construction of public service system it its rural areas has also been maturing. However,due to the constraints of economic development,there exists uneven development between the southeast coast and Northwest of the province,which indirectly leads to the unbalanced conditions in the level of rural public service system. This article takes the rural public service system construction in Fujian as the object,analyzes the existing problems and causes accounting for these problems,proposes a series of policies and measures to advance the building of ru-ral public service system.
