| Abstract: | s: To increse the accuracy of estimating investment is the basis to decide the quality of project estimation. And it is also an important factor to influence the quality of credit assets. In practical work, the accuracy of estimating investment can be increased by deciding investment estimating basis properly, choosing scientific estimating method, giving detailed estimating contents and increasing the personal quality of estimating personnel. |
