金朝西北部契丹等游牧民族的部族、糺制度研究

金朝对西北地区驻牧的契丹等游牧民族,保持原辽朝的社会组织形式——部族、糺,对其进行统治。“糺”偏重军事,部族侧重于生产,皆为金朝分番守边。金朝任命的部族、糺长官女真人多,契丹人少,下属官员则以游牧部族的本族人为主,在强化统治的同时对游牧部族实行因俗而治。海陵王末年爆发了大规模契丹抗金斗争,在平叛之后,金世宗采取了一系列防范契丹人的措施,但仍未能完全阻止契丹人反抗女真统治的斗争。

Study on the Nomad Peoples' Tribes and Jiu Systems as Khitan in the Northwest Area of Jin Dynasty

The rulers of Jin Dynasty governed the nomad peoples such as Khitans resided in the northwest area the social structure of Liao dynasty,such as the tribes and Jius.The Jiu layed particular stress on military affairs moreover and the tribes lays particular stress on productions,both of them guarded the frontiers.The nvchens were many and the Khitans were few in the tribe and Jiu chancellors,but the native of nomad peoples were the main body in the sub-level officials,the Jin dynasty carried out the policy to let nomad peoples keep their basic customs in the meantime synchronously strengthened the ruling.The large-scale Khitans' warfare against Jin broke out in the last years of Hailing monarch,after the pacification,the emperor of Jinshizong took a series of measures keeping the Khitans away,but which couldn't provent the Khitans' fighting against the Jin absolutely compeletely.
