| 摘 要： | 十六大报告把发展社会主义民主政治,建设社会主义政治文明确定为全面建设小康社会的一个重要目标.依法治国,建设社会主义法治国家是我们党90年代确立的基本治国方略.从概念的从属关系来说,法治是政治文明的一个组成部分.本文立足于政治文明的概念和内涵,论述政治文明对依法治国,建设社会主义法治国家的指导意义,探讨政治文明对依法治国提出的具体要求.
