农业生态学的教学改革与人才培养研究

中国农业生态学的发展史短,不够成熟,为我国培养的农业生态人才未能满足现时社会、经济、生态发展建设的迫切需求,因此,对农业生态学的教学改革和人才培养进行深入分析研究是十分必要的。通过对农业生态学在社会发展需求、人才知识创新、高校发展竞争三个方面的教学改革和人才培养新形势分析,从构建新课程教学体系、科研成果创新教学内容和教学方法改革、促进教学成效的课堂教学改革以及实验和实践实习教学改革上,讨论了培养理论研究创新型人才、操作应用型与创新型技能人才的方法举措及必要性和急迫性。

REFORM IN THE TEACHING OF AGRO-ECOLOGY AND TALENT CULTIVATION

As the course of Agro-ecology has but a short history of development in China's universities and there remains much room for improvement,a wide gap exists between the competence of the graduates of this specialty and the expectation and re- quirement of social development,knowledge innovation and competitiveness of the universities.It is therefore necessary to study the reform in teaching the course of Agro-ecology and talent cultivation.This paper advocates the establishment of a new teaching system,the innovation of teaching contents with up to-date research results and the transformation of teaching meth- ods so as to improve the efficiency of teaching.It also discusses the necessity and urgency to cultivate innovation-oriented tal- ents,operation skill-oriented talents and innovative skilled talents.
