摘    要:学习适应是指主体根据环境及学习的需要,努力调整自我以达到与学习环境平衡的行为过程。大学新生学习适应不良处于核心地位。综观大学新生学习适应现状,他们在学习态度、学习目标、自我监控、自主学习等方面存在诸多不足。文章认为大学新生教育必须从学习态度、学习目标、学习方法等方面采取积极措施,帮助他们及时转变观念,调整学习方法,尽早适应大学学习。

Abstract:Learning adaptability is a behavioral process that students try to adjust themselves in order to constitute a counterweight to the learning environment according to the need of learning environment.
