| 摘 要： | 邓小平的成功之道是多方面的。坚持理想、追求真理，是他奋斗终生、无怨无悔的根本动力；柔中有刚讲原则，是他做人处事、安身立命的根本准则；实事求是、主持公道顾大局，是他赢得群众、树立威信的根本原因；敢想敢干重实践，是他千事创业、成就伟大的根本经验；谦虚谨慎、有错就改负责任，是他养成魅力、走向成功的根本途径。
