以广西部分职业院校学生为问卷调查对象,就高职院校教师魅力状况进行了调查研究。最后得出,高职教师魅力具有聚合性与公认性、实践性与时代性、主观性与客观性、稀缺性与可变性等主要特点,影响高职教师魅力的因素具有多元性,其中道德人格、知识技能、教学艺术、仪容仪表、科研创新、交往能力等因素对高职教师魅力度具有重要影响。
