工学结合与学分制条件下高职院校教师魅力现状调查与分析

摘    要:以广西部分职业院校学生为问卷调查对象,就高职院校教师魅力状况进行了调查研究。最后得出,高职教师魅力具有聚合性与公认性、实践性与时代性、主观性与客观性、稀缺性与可变性等主要特点,影响高职教师魅力的因素具有多元性,其中道德人格、知识技能、教学艺术、仪容仪表、科研创新、交往能力等因素对高职教师魅力度具有重要影响。

Abstract:Taking part in vocational college students as the questionnaire survey object,higher vocational college teachers charm situation of the study.Finally draw,higher vocational teachers charm has recognized sex,practical cohesiveness and with times,subjectivity and objectivity,scarcity and variability,main characteristics,effect factors of higher vocational teachers charm with diversity,including moral character,knowledge skill and teaching art,grooming,scientific research innovation,communication ability of higher vocational teachers factors such as charm has important influence on the degree.
