| Abstract: | W. V. O. Quine's critique on dichotomy between the analytic and the synthetic has a far-reaching impact on the development of analytical philosophy. However, all through the ages there are also many controversies concerning understanding its content and his argumentation. In this article the author wants to make some clarification, especially to demonstrate that Quine did not refute merely the concept of analytical truths in its sense. |
