| Abstract: | The paper, based on the empirical research of corporate governance status of foreign-funded enterprises in Liaoning, analyzes governance mechanism of TNCs＇ overseas subsidiaries from the aspects of ownership structure, board governance, manager level control, stakeholder management, etc., and putsforward some constructive ideas for governance structure choice of Chinese overseas investment corporation. |
