基于逻辑起点认识的和谐发展实现路径研究

理论研究对理性和人性的设定与经济现实之间的鸿沟,形成了人们认识和谐发展问题的巨大障碍,所以实现某些转变势在必行。从目前经济学有关和谐理念的四大核心研究领域,即利他主义、协调发展、社会责任、和谐管理来看,和谐发展有着独特的逻辑起点,实现和谐发展应立足于人性的本质规律,形成有效的激励机制。对考虑参与者主观效用的优化模型分析表明,具备回馈效应的扩展理性是和谐发展的逻辑内核,在此基础上的群体理性及必要制度约束下的利他策略为实现和谐发展提供了路径保障。

The achievement of harmonious development on the basis of its logic kernel

The divergence between the theoretical definitions of rationality and human nature and the present economic reality poses an obstacle to the intensive study of harmonious development(HD).It is time that we introduced some improvements.In light of the four major fields on harmony in economics,i.e.altruism,coordinated development,social responsibility and harmonious management,HD has a unique logic kernel.The achievement of HD requires the effective incentive mechanisms and a full consideration of human nature.An analysis of the model with an extended utility optimization containing the subjective utility of individuals shows that the logic kernel of HD is an extended rationality with an altruism-benefit effect;the group rationality based on this rationality and the altruism tactics under necessary institutional restrictions ensure the achievement of HD.
