| Abstract: | A model training protocol for case management of child sexual abuse cases, with a concomitant competency-based evaluation of these skills, is presented. Findings suggest that relative to skills in problem identification, child protective service workers need training in formulating goals and objectives and negotiating contracts with sexually abusive families. |
