无边界职业生涯时代职业适应能力与职业成功关系探析

摘    要:文章针对无边界职业生涯时代员工个体职业发展过程中复杂多变的环境,以软件企业研发人员为研究对象,探究员工个体的职业适应能力与职业成功之间的关系。问卷调查与统计分析结果表明,职业适应能力与职业成功具有正相关关系,并且对职业成功具有预测作用。进一步的优势分析表明,预测职业成功时,主动性人格与无边界职业思想倾向具有同等重要的地位。
