| 摘 要： | 传统的应试教育只强调知识的灌输 ,忽视能力和非智力因素的培养 ,忽视对学生创造力的培养。由应试教育向素质教育转变 ,必须转变陈腐的教育观念 ,树立智力和非智力协调发展的教育观念 ,培养学生的创新力、创造力 ,应成为我们教育的目的。

| Abstract: | Traditional method of education is just for coping with examination. This method emphasize engrafting information,but ignore training of ability,intelligence and creativity of students. We must change outmoded educational conception and change the method from coping with examination to enhance diathesis. Our educational motive should be train students' creativity and ability of innovation. |
