| Abstract: | In the Kingdom of Shu Han(221-263AD),one of the Three Kingdoms in ancient China,administrated by Zhuge Liang,the organizations were overstaffed,the political circles were corrupt and the contradictions were acute.Errors cowed be found in choosing persons for position,taking advice,ruling the kingdom according to law and campaigning all across the kingdom. |
