汉代"亡人"的存在背离"编户齐民"理想社会组织秩序。作为行政管理者难以控制而实际上长期存在的社会人群,"亡人"的活动往往促成了生产技术和文化礼俗的自然传播。"亡人"的数量和流向,受多方面因素的影响。如若形成规模,也可能导致"流民"运动。分析汉代江南地区经济文化进步的原因,不应当忽视"亡人"和"流民"的积极的推动力。

The Trend of the Outlaw and the Refugee in Han Dynasty and the Progress of Economics and the Culture in the Southern Region of the Yangtze River

The existence of the outlaw in Han Dynasty has deviated from the deal social order of the resident. As the social community which is hard controlled by the administrator but actually exists for the long period, the activity of the outlaws usually promotes the natural communication of the productive technique and the custom culture. There are some factors that have the influence in the quantity and the flow-direction of the outlaw. If it forms in scale, it maybe causes the movement of the refugees. While analyzing the reasons of the progress of economics and the Culture in the Southern Region of the Yangtze River, we should not neglect the positive driving force of the outlaw and the refugee.
