| 摘 要： | 本文采用宏观与微观相结合、理论与实践相结合的方法,在比较国外先进经验的基础上,分析了农民就业形势和农民工职业教育与培训的现状,探讨了农民工职业教育与培训方面所存在的问题,研究了加强农民工职业教育与培训的对策.

| Abstract: | On the basis of comparing the foreign advanced experiences, by using the method of combining theoretic research with practical research as well as macro research with micro research, this paper analyzes the actual state of employment and vocational education and training of rural labors, discusses the exiting problems about vocational education and training, studies the countermeasures of strengthening rural labor's vocational education and training. |
