| 摘 要： | "人口红利"的发展和吸收与当地经济增长存在明显的正相关性;通过对陕西省人口红利现状、特点及不足的分析,指出开发陕西"人口红利"的关键在于延长第一次人口红利,实现第二次人口红利,希望借助"人口红利"的影响,能够推动陕西的经济迅猛发展,帮助陕西实现"三强"目标。
