| 摘 要： | 律师责任是律师制度的重要组成部分。随着律师服务的全球化,这一制度亟待完善。本文在分析现行律师责任制度的基础上,提出强化律师协会的惩戒管理职能,增加行业处罚措施;建立执业责任赔偿制度,推行强制责任保险;设立公司制律师事务所、降低律师执业风险等构思。

| Abstract: | Lawyer's liability constitutes an important part of the lawyer's system.With the globalization process of the lawyer's business,it is of great urgency to make the system a perfect one.This paper,on the basis of analyzing the current system of lawyer's liability,has provided ideas as follows: strengthening the disciplinary function of Lawyer's Association;increasing the punishment measures of the trade;establishing the system of compensation for liability in conducting business;implementing compulsory liability insurance;founding corporate Lawyer's Office and reducing the risks for conducting lawyer's business and so on. |
