| 摘 要： | 中国石油天然气发展形成了自己的特色,把新疆建设成为中国可持续发展的战略接替区、石油化工重要基地,是新疆资源、地缘优势所决定的。要开辟21世纪石油天然气发展的新局面,新疆应当在观念、战略、策略、政策、措施等方面进一步加强完善。

| Abstract: | The development of China's Oil and Gas has characteristics of its own in that Xinjiang is to be developed as a substitute area and a key base of petro-chemistry for China's sustainable development. This is decided by Xinjiang's advantages of natural resources and geography. To open a new prospect for the 21st century oil and gas development, Xinjiang needs to reinforce and improve its visions, strategies, policies and measures. |
