| 摘 要： | 邓小平的社会主义法制建设思想内容建构包括确立法制建设的目标导向和基本任务,强调法制建设与民主建设的内在统一,法律制度对市场经济的规范作用,坚持法律面前人人平等原则,法制建设必须遵循十六字基本方针.其基本特征为革命性与现代性相统一,他律性与自律性相统一.

| Abstract: | The content of the thought of socialist legal construction of DENG Xiao ping consists of establishing the guiding target and basic tasks of legal construction,the internal unity of legal construction and democratic construction,the function of lawful system that standardize market economy,the principle of "justice to all"and the 16 words policy.Its characteristics are the unity of revolutionary character and modernity,the unity of allodiscipline and selfdiscipline. |
