| 摘 要： | 高校行政化表现为三种趋势:一是对外管理政府化;二是对内管理行政化;三是由政府化和行政化滋生的官僚化。随着高校行政化程度的进一步加强,大学精神被严重扭曲。因此,对外要去政府化,扩大自主办学,重塑独立精神;对内要去行政化,突显学术自由,重塑科学精神;在高校内外管理上去官僚化,彰显以人为本,重塑人文精神。
