| 摘 要： | 高校扩招以来,法学教育快速发展,但也出现了许多问题,特别是地方高校的法学教育面临着新的挑战.地方高校的法学教育,必须进行教育目标的重新定位,面向地方经济和社会发展,坚持以本科教育为主,以学术教育与职业训练有机结合的二元结构为基本目标,实行多种发展模式.

| Abstract: | Law educations in local universities have developed fast since the expansion of university enrolment.At the same time,many problems even challenges come out.So Law educations in local universities must carry on the reorientation of education goal and root its goal in the developing of local society and economy.We should persist to the undergraduate education primarily,taking the organic combination's dual structure,academic education and the occupation training as the basic goal,implementing many kinds of development pattern. |
