| 摘 要： | 在产品创新中,知识集成可以充分发挥知识的专业性价值和集成的效果。对知识集成绩效进行科学的、准确的评价有助于在产品创新中知识集成有效的实施。因此从客户满意度、快速响应度、产品创新能力及产品竞争能力等方面设计了知识集成绩效评价的指标体系,进而有助于提高产品创新的效果和增强产品创新能力。

| Abstract: | In the process of product innovation,knowledge integration may fully display the specialized value and the integrated effect of knowledge.It is helpful to the implementation of knowledge integration to appraise the performance of knowledge integration scientifically and accurately.The system of performance appraisal of knowledge integration is designed,which include customer satisfaction,quick response,product innovation capacity and competition ability,then propose the method of performance appraisal. |
