摘    要:采用火焰原子吸收光谱法,对广东河源和肇庆所产珍珠草中的Pb,Cd,Cu含量进行了测定.实验并比较了2种样品前处理的方法:湿硝化法和灰化法.结果表明,湿硝化法处理样品所得结果的精密度和准确度更好.所测河源产珍珠草中Pb,Cd,Cu的含量分别为12.03~12.14、1.54~1.67和49.30~49.75μg/g;肇庆产珍珠草中Pb,Cd,Cu的含量分别为12.24~12.31、1.97~2.01和32.10~33.27μg/g.

Abstract:The flame atomic absorption spectrometry was applied to determine Pb,Cd and Cu of phyllanthus from Heyuan and Zhaoqing in Guandong. Two different procedures for dissolution of phyllanthus,wet acid digestion and ashing method,were tested and compared. For the investigated metals,the better accuracy and precision were achieved as the wet acid digestion procedures using. Pb,Cd and Cu concentration were determined in phyllanthus from Heyuan in the range of 12.03-12.14,1.54-1.67,49.30-49.75 μg/g,from Zhaoqing is 12.24-12.31,1.97-2.01,32.10-33.27 μg/g,respectively.
