| 摘 要： | 可持续发展的根本问题是自然资源的利用与环境的改善。发展的巨大压力和保持经济可持续发展的基本要求 ,必须解决资源优势转化为经济优势的问题 ,实现资源的可持续利用。本文就资源竞争力与区域经济社会发展、资源利用贴现率与资源竞争力等进行了深入探讨 ,并提出了可持续发展框架下的自然资源持续利用策略

| Abstract: | The bsic problem of sustainable development is the unitliation of natural resources and the bettering of the environment.The great pressure of development and the basic demand of keeping the sustainable development of economy make it essential to transfer the superity of resources into economy and realize the sustainable utilization of resources.This article discussed in depth the relationship between resources compe temce and the regional economy society development on one hand and discount rate of the utitlization of resources on the other.It also brought out the utilization strategy of natural resources under the frame of sustainable development. |
