新疆南疆部分地区维吾尔族义务教育的调查

同解放前比,新疆维吾尔族义务教育获得了前所未有的快速发展,变化巨大。从小学、高中到高等教育,规模扩增显著,师资数量倍增,升学率大幅度提高,已步入了法制化、规模化的道路。改革开放以来,教育投资增加,教师待遇提高,贫困学生得到补助,教学条件进一步完善。从维吾尔族义务教育的现状看,提高教育管理水平和教学质量,是一个当务之急的重要问题。

Survey of the Compulsory Education of Uygur in Some Areas in South Xinjiang

After liberation, the compulsory education of the Uygur in Xinjiang has been developed to an unprecedented extent and great changes have taken place. The scale of education has witnessed development from primary school, senior school to higher education. Meanwhile, multiplication of number of teachers and dramatic increase in enrollment quotas are seen, which shows that the compulsory education of Uygur has become institutionalized and achieved in scale. Since the implementation of opening-up policy, the investment in education is increased, teachers' treatment is improved, under-privileged students are financially aided and teaching facilities are bettered. The task of top priority now is the improvement of managerial level and quality of education.
