| Abstract: | With the continuous deepening of the reform,many problems about the staff quality of state-owned enterprises have appeared.How to know correctly the historical differences between the state-owned enterprises and the western enterprises and how to analyze objectively the basic diathesis of the state-owned enterprises' staff and explore the focal points and general plans about human resources management based on facts should be the urgent affairs on the human resources management of the state-owned enterprises. |
