| 摘 要： | 在经济迅速发展的21世纪,面对激烈的全球性企业竞争,应采取何种管理方式是摆在当前木材加工企业面前的一个重要课题.数字化管理作为一种先进的管理模式,是适应当前时代特点的科学管理模式.该文首先概述了数字化管理的定义、涵义和特征,并从我国木材工业企业所面临的外部环境特征、木材资源形势和我国木材工业的发展三方面论述了我国木材工业企业实施数字化管理的必要性.将数字化管理的概念引人到木材工业企业管理当中,为木材工业企业实施数字化管理提供了理论根据.

| Abstract: | Facing rapid economic development of the 21 st century and fierce global competition among enterprises, wood industry enterprises have to decide what management model they should take. Digital management model, as one of the most advanced, is a scientific model suitable for the present development features. The paper first summarizes the definition, connotation and characteristics of digital management. Then, it expounds the necessities of digital management from three angles: the externalities encountered by Chinese wood enterprises, the wood resource conditions, and the development of China's wood industry. The paper, for the first time, introduces the concept of digital management into wood industry enterprise management, which will provide theoretical ground for digital management in this area. |
