耦合水体循环系统的围填海区域规划研究

摘    要:填海造地是沿海地区缓解土地供求矛盾的有效手段,但传统的填海模式忽视了资源的利用效率和生态环境价值。提出引入水体循环系统的围填海模式,这种开发模式能够在开发海洋综合价值、维护区域生态价值、提高区域品牌价值等方面起到很好的作用。对某耦合水体循环系统的围填海区域产生的新问题进行了分析研究,为我国的围填海区域规划提供了一条新思路。

Abstract:Sea reclamation is an effective way to relieve the contradiction between supply and demand of land for coastal area. However, the traditional sea reclamation mode ignores the resource use efficiency and ecological environment value. The method of sea reclamation based on water circulation system is presented. This method is efficient in exploiting sea comprehensive value, keeping area ecological environment value and enhancing local brand. The proposed method was used in one sea reclamation area and the new issue is analyzed. This method will provide a new technique to sea reclamation planning.
