我国公司清算中债权人保护监督机制研究

保护公司债权人利益是确立公司清算制度的价值取向,是公司清算中的核心问题,也是稳定市场交易秩序和维护市场信誉的前提。文章就我国《公司法》中,对普通清算程序和强制清算程序中的相关行为进行监督的机制现状和问题展开讨论,继而提出以债权人利益保护为出发点的完善建议,以防止在公司清算中损害债权人利益的行为发生。
