财产性收入及其经济效应研究

财产性收入主要来源于股票投资的股息和红利,又通过股市财富效应影响消费和经济增长.我国居民的人均财产性收入很低,居民财富相对较少是根本原因,而市场规模小、发展不稳定和区域市场发展不平衡等因素对财产性收入普遍提高起到很大的制约作用.因此,如何进一步提高居民收入并保持股票市场健康、快速发展,是最终提高居民财产性收入的基本保证.

Study on Property Income and It's Economics Effects

Property income comes from dividend and affects of the consumption and economics growth.Inhabitant's property income per person is very low in China and the few inhabitants' wealth is its fundamental reason.But the small size,instability and unbalance development of stock market restrict the improvement of the property income.Thus,how to improve the inhabitants' income and keep the stock market developing rapidly are the basic countermeasures to improve China's property income.
