| 摘 要： | 产业结构的优化调整是区域经济发展的重要基础,发展循环经济能有效促进产业结构调整。在经济的发展过程中,湖南的产业结构调整忽视了生态性和社会性,导致资源约束和环境污染问题。因此,必须应用循环经济理念作于湖南的产业结构调整过程中,以期促进湖南经济的可持续发展。

| Abstract: | The optimization of industrial structure is necessary to regional economic development,in which recycle economy can play an important role.In the past decades,the biological and social attributes of the industrial structure of Hunan province were rarely considered,which have resulted in serious resource constraint and environment pollution problems.This paper discusses how to apply recycle economy ideology in the process of industrial structure optimization,for the sake of sustainable improvement of the economy in Hunan. |
