21世纪是信息技术高度发展的时代,信息技术已成为推动整个知识经济发展的支柱。然而作为一门突飞猛进、迅速发展的科学技术,它不可避免地会带给人们一些值得思考的问题。正确地认识和解释这些问题将会成为引导和推动信息技术发展的重要因素。文章试从科学技术观的角度研究信息技术发展的原因、动力和方向;同时提出要扬长避短,充分发挥信息技术的作用,推动人类社会的进步。

On some issues in the development of information technology

The 21st century is the era of rapid development of information technology, which is the mainstay of the whole knowledge economy. As a new technology, which develops rapidly, it will inevitably bring some issues worthy of consideration. It will be the critical factor in guiding and accelerating the development of information technology to correctly recognize and illustrate the issues. This article tries to explain the cause, motivation, and direction of the development of information technology from the view of scientific technology. Meanwhile it puts forward that we should develop what is useful and discard what is not and give full play to the information technology so as to propel the society forward.
