| 摘 要： | 廉政、廉政建设是当今人们在理论和实践上都关注的重大问题之一。从学科视角看，廉政研究目前尚未做到独辟蹊径，它需要借助政治学和管理学提供的研究路线展开。首先要返回到人类社会形成的政治和管理现象的“原生”形态，从中发现行政的本性，尔后顺应社会过程的展开，就由其本性决定的历史形态作出透视，最终才能获得对现实形态存在根据的深切体会。

| Abstract: | Anticorruption is one of the most important theoretical and practical problems in modern society,but its research hasn't developed a new method yet in the perspective of discipline.It is necessary that the study be conducted in the light of politics and management: first,a retrospective examination of the prototype of politics and management to find out the nature of administration;then,a look into the historic form along social progress;last,the perception of the current form. |
