| 摘 要： | 邓小平在领导我国社会主义经济建设和改革开放的实践中,形成了丰富的经济立法思想.这些思想对于我们当前全面推行依法治国的基本方略无疑具有十分重要的指导意义.本文试图从邓小平关于经济立法的迫切性、原则和基本内容等方面的思想进行分析,以期全面阐释邓小平的经济立法思想,为我们现实的经济立法工作提供正确的理论指导.
